Hello Mary , Your subscription is now cancelled and $12.99 has been refunded to your account. I will be happy to assist you but I am having difficulty locating your account. I will need the following information: -the exact date you signed up -the first and last name you used from your credit card when making payment -the email address you used -the profile id # or transaction # would be helpful if you have it Most importantly I will need the email you received from Paypal when you first signed up. If you cannot locate that email I will need a copy from your bank statement displaying the transaction from our company which must include the date, name of company and dollar amount you were charged. With this information I will be able to further assist you. All the best, Marsha Usunclaimed.com
